Today.

My stoned friend just came home and woke me up... This is some of the stuff i made today.
I fell asleep with my comp in my bed and i wake up now... feels pretty sketchy, im not even tired...

Casual Friday.

Ok, it was the last day of the module and guess what that means... Evaluation of course. We didnt had our with "snygg lisa" we had it with Marie instead. It worked really well actually. I got some good feedback that i was a good leader during this module and that i made the group go forward. But of course as always people though i shall see more positive on things that feels so negative. I really reied this module, i did. But it was just too booring somedays to keep my spirit up. After the evaluation me and Emil went to the gym and fucking destroyed ourself on 80 mins. WE came home ate some pasta and drank some water. After that it was just getting back to school to try be creative.

I really have a hard time just creating something theese days. And that really sucks. Was looking forward for a webpage job i was gonna do and i was all excited about doing the design. But nope, theyve already done that so it was just for me to start coding which isnt the fun part...

Now its 4am and i got home from schhol for like 30 mins ago. Was in ångan, watched some films and some series.

Yeah, i also bought "iwannadodesign.com" today. Maybe i can need it in some future portfolio or something. Its time for me to sleep now, nighty night.

Finally 3.0

Ok, this module Concept and developement is finally completely done. Before the meeting with the alm guys, the bankers and the investors me and Emil took a coffee and went thru our speeches once again. When you get there there is actually two escalators leading to the entrance to the bank so it all looks pretty cool. I think i have one picture of that from yesterdays post. Anyway it actually felt pretty exciting going to the bank all dressed up and with that fake smile that all thoose investors always have... Well we got into the room and plugged in the computer with the keynote presentation on. Actually it went pretty well even if someone had a small problem with their speech. Anyway when we are done with everything the first comment we get is "i can see on your budget that you will be bankrupt within a 5 month period".

It felt like a punch in my stomach. Seriously, could we have calculated that wrong and how couldnt we have seen it... When we were out of the office and looked it through he actually had seen it all wrong. Stupid financers, cant read and cant talk english either. Theyre a shame for Swedbank... Haha!

Well, we didnt get the money we wanted, ill understand them though. After listening to our presentation our whole business idea was pretty unclear. We should have describe our software selling alot more and i can think of 1000 things i could do better. But hey! Atleast i think we did a hellof a job so i dont really care if we didnt get the like 500.000 that we asked for. I think i did a nice presentation and i actually think with some good advertising our ReRoom could work really nice. And if we got the money we wouldnt really go thru with it anyway so there were no loss.

We only got 1 group in the class that actually got the money from the bank. And no offence now guys but got damn! It was a so strange idea and personally i really not think that it would work so i really think that was a strange thing. Of course they got 1 guy in the group that has worked with theese kinda stuff for a pretty long time so maybe therefore they got some more experience then we did, but no idea of whining. Congratulations guys!

Ok so after the whole presentation we were supposed to get back to school again, we were supposed to get a "fun personal task" that were supposed to be done in 24 hours. Fun ey? We were supposed to read through all the business plans from every group (there was 10 of em) and comment on their business... Hyper Island... wtf?

So today i actually made that and we made some evaluation on this module. Really hope they hear our critisism and do something about it this time. Time for me too sleep now, theres a time tomorrow aswell. Nighy night.

Failure.

We didnt get the money from the bank that we wanted. Its almost 5 o' clock in the morning and i cant sleep. Will try again though. Gonna talk a little more about the presentation tomorrow. Peace

Finally 2.0

Yeah, the second deadline is done. Sat all day with just making it look good and presentation. I have a appointment with the bank in 7 hours. Maybe i should get som sleep. Tomorrow is the big day people, wish me luck. Im even gonna wear my jacket with a shirt under. This feels so adult im about to puke. But hey "welcome to the big world kid" as a famous man said in the movie Boyz N The hood. Its gonna be wild tomorrow, and update as fast as were done. G'night.

Finally.

YES! We are finally done with our businessplan and it actually looked pretty good. Im so tired now so i really dont know what to write... I can tell you one thing though, i long for the US. Saw some pics from NY when we were there in July and damn i wanna go back. Well, going to L.A. on my internship. See the pictures and dream away from booring Sweden.

Early Morning/Late Night.

When the time is 06.55 and its just me and some people left in school its time for Toto - Africa. That song gives a good mood while the same time the morning sun is rising over the trampoline at stumholmen. Today has been a allnighter and we actually managed to do some things. My eyes are splashing red and my stomache is screaming for food. Anyway we are almost done with this fucking module and that makes me so happy. You cant even imagine how this modules been. Anyway some of the people have a hard time being awake when he night is turning into morning, Like Hans for example. He fell asleep at his desk to the tunes of Funkytown music streaming out from the speakers. I was a bit boored so i ran in screamed "KAMIKAZE" and he woke up... wierd huh? Seriously im just talking shit now so i think ima go to Ångan and get some sleep. 3 hours before the lecture starts at 10pm and i think i will be kinda tired. Too bad suckes. Nighty!

ReRoom.

Yeah, the panic is starting to spread in my body. The presentation for the bankers is next wednesday and it feels like we have just started. Making a businessplan on 2 weeks just feels stupid. Almost allthe lecturers we had this past weeks told that making a stuff like this from start to end usually takes from 6 months to 1 year. We making it in 2 weeks... Of course it can be good to learn little fast but this feels abit too fast. Just having a lecturer talk about how to make a budgetplan for 1 hour and then we are supposed to know it. It feels a little bit too rushed and unplanned in some way. It feels good though that more and more people starting to get tired of the lead so it isnt just me. Hope they got our feedback from the followup yesterday and maybe they can take some of that and make it into something good.

Anyway me and niggepeh wrote some more on the budgetplan today and right now were making 2.4 million SEK the first year. Thats our income and our expenses is around 2.6 million SEK so were 200.000 SEK short the first year. Thats the money we hopefully get from the bank. We do think that well go plus after the second year and can start paying back the money we got from the bank and maybe some outstanding investors.

All this budgetstuff is calculated in Microsoft Excel. And got damn, its like the smartest program ive ever sat in. Just coding up the formels and it will fix everything for you. I love Excel at the moment, dont know what i would have done without it. The graphical profile is done for our company and i think it looks pretty good, as you can see theres some different variations but we choose to go with the one which had the nice red colour in it.
