I think i got the flu, feeling really bad with a killer headache, a soaring throat and a drippy nose. Got damn i dont wanna get a cold now when Christoffer comes, we are gonna rage the city of San Francisco... Anna left for San Diego the other day and is now in L.A. Shes coming home to her birthday on thursday i think though so well get some nice food or something. With so many people visiting all day everyday i just feel lonely now when its all empty. Can be nice too though but i guess i like company. No need to get emotional. Now i have a killer headache so im off to a good night sleep. Å alla som vandar som nordman i skor på den långa E4:an till stockholm. Vem kysser elin kan man ju också undra, men mest undrar jag om det verkligen var en dvärg eller bara en jävligt kort man jag såg på vägen hem genom TL. Jag peppade Håkan, haha. Just came home from the ballgame. And holy fuckin' moly it was exciting. It was Frisco Warriors against Sacramento Kings and the game went three quarters over. Total time of the game ended up in almost 3 and a half hour and my voice is gone from all the screaming. Now time to sleep, early important meeting tomorrow, plus my dad n my sis is comming, yayy!

When people are over in the bay, everyday is party! Today we went shopping for some food and bought alot of cheap mexican "cerveza". Or beer as we say in USA. Anna (tipzade) me about sopranos so we watched the first episode about 10 minutes ago and drank beer from red mugs and felt so amricanized so we sang amazing grace without even thinking about it. It was a pleaseure for my neighbours and the rest of the country. I think this country loves us. As do we love this country. God bless America and the Barack Obama!

So, i have some friends over in the bay. They were not so stoked the first night as you can see... Well, we got some alcoholic beverages in our bodys and got more pumped. Tomorrow my friend Stephanie is comming and we are gonna celerbrate x-mas together. I actually really didnt give a fuck about x-mas this year. And this has easily been the best december ive had in a long time. No stress for presents, no panic that you only have 10$ on your account so you cant buy em got damn presents. No running around and no panic. I may be a hater and a Grinch but i just think Christmas doesnt say anything to me anymore. I really dont feel any really mood. Dont matter how many times i hear "Im dreaming of a white..." or see santas walking around and ho-ho:ing. The only thing that makes me feel for christmas is i guess all the homeless people walking around begging for money and greeting happy holidays. I dont wanna glorify myself now because i barely ever give away anything to them but today when i was going to bed it really poured rain outside and i looked outside the window.

Down there was a homeless dude trying to get shelter under a supersmall roof digging in a trashbin probably looking for crack or old food, who knows? This 24th of December i will probably have a really green and mellow christmas with my friend S and just chill. Order some good food, drink some good drinks, go out and just take it really really easy. And remember, im not hating on people celerbrating x-mas. Im just so fucking tired of it myself and to have a oppurtunity to skip it and just have a really mellow December month is just so nice. If i was home in gothemburg i have family i should have been with and i would have to be a part of the mood in some way, now i basically have nothing so i dont need to be nice or give some fake smile to anyone, haha. Ah, i always get like this around this time of the year. Time to stop typing now and time to start to sleep. By the way we won a FWA for the tracy site, hella hella stoked.

This weekend has probably been one of the best weekends since i got here.My friend Kelly have some rad contacts and knew some wild places. Saturday was first some club called Grime City and was pretty small place with pretty much people, bassicly just a bar with a small dancefloor, supersmall. Then we headed to this other club which was way bigger and had two floors, first floor was like minimalistic techno and some wierd reggeaton and second floor was dubstep. And not regular dubstep, i learned a new expression. This dubstep was facemelting, and it felted like it was. whoop whoop, link to some melters further down.

Then yesterday was some club called Surya Dub. Which was also two floor, the dubstep and jungle was in the basement though. Tight place, crowded, hot, sweaty and bass. I loved that place. Im way late not so im gonna get some sleep now, short week. Thanksgiving is up so im off work on Thursday and Friday so i can show C around the city, yayy!

It was 25 degrees outside today, so i took my limby leg and tryed to walk down to union square. Sat there for a while with a bagel and a coffe in the sun then i headed over to the mission and walked from 16th to 24th and found tons of stores that sold alot of nice stuff. Bought a jacket for 5 bucks i can sell for 150bucks on ebay, and a old camera that i though was beautiful. Love walking around in part of the city you never seen before, pretty rad. Now i am tired and my leg hurts so ill try get up in the bed and sleep some. Goodnight.

So i went to this doctor that said he had a time this wednesday. Also got some crutches, so now im running around looking like a fucking retard. Better that though then not walk at all. It really hurts alot when im leaning on the right leg so i guess no skateboarding in some weeks, which sucks just because JJ was suppose to film some lines at the library i was going to do. And this weekend is going to be like the best weekend in a long time and i cant go out enjoy a little walk in the mission or something.

And by the way, im going to Japan in April 2009 for about a month with my friend Tatiana. Im hella stoked and this can easily be one of the best trips ever. One month with crazy japaneese people, good food, expensive apartements and alot of saké.

Also had a nice sushifriday with alot of people after work, was real good food and i got some nice shots. Also gonna start working on my own wordpress blog this weekend. Prety stoked. Alot of pictures today, enjoy.

Weekend in L.A.

So ive been i L.A. all weekend. I had such a good time.

Thursday
Landed at like 9.30. Sat on the plane and watched some snowboardmovies on the iPhone and sketched some. The trip took like 1 hour and we were like 35 minutes late so that sucked a little. Anyway flew from a rainy San Francisco and landed in a hot Los Angeles. Stephanies co-worker came and picked me up in hes pickup. Drove through L.A. to their apartements in La Brea & 3rd? right at the park i think. Anyway it was like big buildings and they had a pretty big apartement and kinda cheap compared to mine apartement too... Well, we came there, took a beer and talked about whats happening. How everyones internship was and so on. Went to sleep pretty early.

Friday (Halloween)
Woke up at 11 and ate some breakfast. Stephanie took the day off to show me the city. We couldnt really decide where we was going so we took the easy way out and saw the Hollywood boulevard. Took like three buses and walked hella long. L.A. is way to big for me, i would never want to live in a city that you have to have a car in. The public transit sucks because you never know when the buses depart. You can sit and wait for it 45 minutes or 20 seconds, pretty gnarly. Anyway Hollywood was cool. So much tourists though but i just had to check of the Chuck Norris and David Bowie star of my "todo" list. Also took a fast visit to the signature creative office where Carin and Stephanie works. Then ate some cheeseburgers at "In'n'Out" which was kinda good. After that we walked to Melrose to check out some stores and look for some famous people, didnt saw any though...

Later that night was the reason that i came here. Hardfest. A halloween costume party for 15.000 people with five stages and some of the most awesomest DJs in the electrogenre. Everyone was taking acid and e and danced like crazy. I danced like crazy anyway and had one of the best nights ive had since i got to this country. I saw pretty much all the DJs but i really loved Crookers and Crystal Castles. Justice was kinda dope too but i think it would be better if they played some of their own songs instead of just playing alot of mixes. (Post some youtubes from the crookers)
Got home like 5.30 and went to bed after some beers and a nice afterparty roundup. Met one of Stephanies co-worker Jacob aswell, dope guy by the way.

Saturday
Woke up at 4, went out for some burgers and shopping on Melrose. Came home at 7, started drinking at 11.30, took a cab to hollywood blvrd for a club, stephanie forgot her passport in the cab and we went home again. Drank alot when we came back home. Off to bed.

Sunday
Easy day, went for some subway at like 4 o clock. Then watched some shows at home and my plane departed at 9.30. Just got home and the time is 1. Time to sleep and off to work tomorrow.

New desk, new camera, new lenses, new weather, new friends, new tasks. Damn, alot going on in the city of San Francisco. This weekend has probably been the most chilled weekend since i got here. Although i started on some new typography for a homie back i G-town that wanted some fresh shiat. Now its only some days til i fly to Los Angeles, im feeling so stoked i dont know where to go. Also buying a new camera and a lens so i can fresh up my gear a little. Been saving a long time but the dollar is fucked so i even have to borrow some from mom, thanks there. Other then that ive been doing the regular. Waking up, eating milk'n'cerials, go through some of my RSS, text people if theyre down for some skating, grab my board, bomb down to embarcadero, meet up, chillskate for two hours, go to the library, session the gap and the curb for 2 hours, get home, shower, make pasta or noodles, doing stuff, watching shows, sleep. Basic basic... Tomorrow im starting on some new short stuff at work, im stoked. Lazers.

So i came home from work and felt supertired so i took a 40 minutes powernap. Woke up and got a call from my friend JJ. He was stoked on a club down on 3rd and wanted me to join him and his girlfriend. I though, what the hell and jumped in the cab with them around 10. First we drank som beers up at our place and took it a lil' easy. JJ told me it was a kind of a indie club and i know that wasnt my steez but i had nothin do to anyway. So i got my little indieclothes on, black outfit, of course... And the first song you hear when you come in is that airplane with MIA or MYA or whatever, i think its kinda lame though yet i hade some "pepp" still in my body so we slided in on the dancefloor. JJ and hes girl started dancing and i guess i was to. Let me tell you how kids like this dance.

First you need to have pretty long hair, the best is if your bangs are over your eyes, then you look a little misty and deep. And if you have some kind of hat over that it's top notch. Anyway you start by taking you left foot and tap it a little easy to the beat in the floor. After that just take up your opposite hand to the foot, in this case the left hand and start playing airdrums a little easy, the harder the beat, the harder the "hit". You now have the "moves" done. Just shut your eyes a little random sometimes and look like you dont give a fuck, there you have it. The perfect guide to rule a hipster danceflooe. Its late and im about to sleep. Laters~

Im back from San José, actually i was already back yesterday night but i was hella tired yesterday som i just slept alot. Im sick, and with that i mean like i have a cold. My nose is rinning like hell and my throat is sore as fuck. Im feeling all slow and tired.

Well, atleast besides that life is good. Working on some rad stuff at work right now, cant wait for launch so you guys can see what im doing. Also went to San José this friday to meet up with some friends, partyed pretty much the whole friday night and had lots of fun, seeing all theese college stuff just like in the movies was fun aswell, haha. Woke up early on saturday to skate the huge park they had but i met up with some other skaters and went around skating all theese small spots instead. Famous spots though, i hitted up with Steve Caballero and almost the whole Enjoi team who was killing the little park i went to. Lots of fun, have no pictures of that though, just one on Steves back when hes at the pool talking to some other dudes. Then got some food and sat on the train for one an a half hour back to the city.

So today i actually went to that tatooartist and actually ordered a time. On the 17th November im going there to discuss the thing i want and on the 12th of December im getting the piece. Im stoked. Time to sleep now, nighty.

Yeah, as you understand i might not be the most luckiest man alive right now. This past one and a half month ive been robbed, pulledover and hit by a motorcykle. And today i lost my wallet. That sucks, i was really lucky though and left my american creditcard to emelie this noon so she could take out some money, so the only thing i lost which was important was kinda my ID and my swedish bankcard. No money though, some grocerystore cards and some old stuff.

Done with the badstuff though, i got myself an iPhone today. I know its kinda 1 year late but i love it, i love all the cool apps and wierd widgets to it. Jason helped me out with a nice plan so i didnt have to put like 500$ deposit just because i didnt had a social security number. After work i head down to some really old building, the oldest in San Francisco what ive heard and tryed to take some photos. There was guards all over the area and i sneaked myself through some of them. Shot some pictures and sneaked back again, it was probably here i lost my wallet though. Damnit... Got some really nice photos though. Also listened to swedish reggea almost the whole day, good stuff, good stuff.

Been listening to Dr.Dres Chronic 2001 and Chronic all day. Love it.
After work i biked home on a new recordtime 15.23 and was all sweaty, so i took my longboard down to the grocerystore and shopped for some food, were down there maybe an hour just walking around looking on all the wierd american dishes. How about peanutbutter and jam in the same can, mixed. Tons of wierd stuff, maybe ill buy an iPhone tomorrow so i can take some snaphots next time ill go shopping. Well, skated home with all the food and cooked some dinner, some meat actually, real nice. Then i went down with my laundry and watched an episode of the new Heroes season, think its gonna be bad though... The days goes by way too fast, it sucks kinda. Night.

Had a pretty rad weekend. Started of saturday with waking up early so i could help Adam move in his stuff in he's new apartment. He got such a nice place in lower heights. Big place with three rooms. Well, moved in all his stuff for like one hour then he had to get back so i took the bus home. Went down with my skateboard to Embarcadero and met up with some dudes i use to skate with. Was there for some hours and then i went home picked up my camera and went on a little session with a couple of them. Then got home again, and went back to Adams place to grab some to eat. We were like three people that helped him out so we went to this sushiplace and he bought us some nice sushi and saké. After that we went to a party, a american houseparty. It was everything i expected. The nerdy dudes working at google sitting in the sofa talking about rubric cubes, the horny girl that hits on everyone and looks like a total hoe, the cool gang that was hanging in the back smoking weed, the rappers that were standing in a little circle drinking hennesey and freestylin', the "hot" girls that drinks wine and talk about the new sex and the city episode, and me. A lost swede that just enjoyed drinking bud from blue and red plastic cups and listening to some weird music.

So today me and Adam, the new AD. Hooked up after work and went to a snowboardpremiere. The boarding was kinda rad and there was some famous guy there giving away free stuff. We had a good time, met some of hes old friends aswell. This guy that is like extreme sports director at The North Face. Its just sick how many people you meet here. People you only seen on blogs and be like "damn" when you see what they do. By the way, swedish radio is the shit. I just found out that it is pretty cool podcasts out there. Today i have listened to three documentaries from the swedish radiochannel P3. Kinda dope to hear some swedish voices and listen and learn while working. Im all about multitasking. Right now i am chatting, watching a show, blogging and reading my RSS feed. Also got into swedish hip hop again. Been into that kinda since i was 11 years though but i listen to it really much again. Big up for Organism 12 who is the best lyricist in my opinion. So had a real nice weekend, my back is starting to get better so now its just my foot that is fucked up. I think when a part of the body is injured or bad it needs to be taken care of, thats why i bought some new t-shirts and a hood for my back and a fresh new pair of shoes for my feet.

So saturday was really nice. On the day me and Emelie went to a small park on some Attik gathering. It was beer, barbeque and volleyball. It was nice weather and nice food. After that Emelie went for some shopping and i went home to cook some food. Made some really good potatodish and enjoyed it with some american budweiser, haha. Really terrible beer that taste like water, easy to drink though, nuff said. Then i was off to a art exhibition with one of my top 10 artists. Shephard Fairey, for you guys that dont know who he is. He is a artist that do almost all the print for the big clothingbrand Obey. He has developed a style that feels like propaganda posters from the second world war. The show was supposed to open at 7pm and i was there like 6.30 and there was a line almost half a block. Pretty rad that so much people came to this small gallery. Anyway i was in there for like two hours just so i could get a signed book. So i bought the book for 60$ and waited for him to stop DJ so h could sign it. He did and i went home and had a pretty wild evening, not like crazy wild, but mellow wild. Thats another story though.

Today i walked around in the hippiearea again, i like it there. There is so many cool stores that you always buy something though, rad stuff. Heres alot of pictures from the exhibiton, and some other aswell...

Today i got hit. By a motorcycle.
I was bombing (cruisin) with my longboard down the hill from where i live to the trainstation. I was in the buslane where there is no traffic and had pretty high speed. Then a bus came up and i was going to turn for it so i turned into the other lane. What i didnt saw was that a motorcycle came (also in high speed) towards me, last thing i remember whas that he honked the horn and then BANG. He hit me right from behind so i actually sat on the front of the motorcycle for some meters before we both fell down on the ground. He hit me right on the backpack which i had my computer in so it got pretty bad damaged. Lucky i had the backpack though, or i would have pretty bad backinjuries. Although now some hours after the crash it starts to feel kinda bad in my upperright in my back and my heel is kinda bad too, hard to walk on. Anyway i am pretty ok, a bit shooken and some easy injuries that hopefully will get better.

I was sad so after work i head to the applestore and bought me a new iPod. Wanted one for long though and they released a new one yesterday so i bought one today. Also got my wacom at work so thats kinda stoked. And a new guy is starting at work on monday so thats fun. Here is a picture of my workplace, if you guys wanted to see...

Cant really say i have been up to much today. Overslept and came 20 minutes late to work though, not good... Anyway we had our morningmeeting and set the goals for this week. Then i got what i should do today. Work in Flash.
Well, it went well, supereasy work that just had to be done. Kinda like, copy from illustrator, make it into a movieclip, name the clip to something good and then make i ready for AS3 code. Basiv stuff really it just took time. Then i acted tech support and called up support for a scanner. I hated that guy that answered, he though my knowledgelevel on computers were 2 out of 10 and bassicly told me where i should find the "w" when i was gonna type in a webadress... Also went to the gym today, pretty nice. Heard it starting to see some result and thats always un to hear. Time to sleep now, nighty.

I just love to wake up to this! The panoramawindow in my room just shows a blue sky and alot of nice buildings. Then skate down to work with my cruiseboard for about 10 minutes and then the day starts, today has been so hot so ive sweated just sitting in the chair at the office. Got some more stuff done for Tracy Chapman, other then that nothing else happened. Payed the first rent today aswell, that sucked... Tomorrow is going to be a nice day at work, i can feel it! Today felt like a really productive day. First of all its labour day here today so i was free from work, pretty nice with a 3-day weekend. Woke up at like 10am with the sun shining in my eye. Then went down to Embarcadero center to buy some stuff ive been looking for the whole week, then we were suppose to go to American Appearel so we took the train to the heights. Love that place, its like walking into the 60's. Hippies and smokeshops everywhere, vintagestores, nice artexhibitions and all that. Im tired now so thats about it, love it though, gonna go there some more to just chill. Then got home, ate some, gymed some, ran some, washed some of my dirty clothes, took a a shower, watched a episode of generation kill and now sleep. Tomorrow is a new day as we se to say here...

So this whole weekend has been pretty nice. First on friday me and Emelie went to this really random party at the guy that sold us the sofas. Only like fashiondesign students though but it was nice, fun meeting some new people beside Emelie and the guys at work. Anyway it was fun, we ended up eating at this gnarly hamburgerbar called jack in a box, fries were good though but it looked hella ghetto, haha. Anyways on saturday morning i woke up kinda late, the event (bust or bail) started at 12 so i had to be there like 11:45 to not miss so much and get a good place to shoot from. I woke up at 11 so i just had some breakfast, woke emelie up and we took a cab there just because it was so off. At this big ass stair located at some elementary school right in some spanish area. We got there and it was tons of people. The Pros were throwing themself down the stair and everyone screamed when someone did something. It was like a streetcompetition with hard cash as pricemoney. You would also get money if you landed some special trick that the judges decided and it was like from 500 to 3000 bucks, thats pretty much money for just one trick down a big stair. So people were really killing it. Reynolds f/s fliped it on hes like 10th try and Sheckler were doing all sick stuff down it. Even if you hate him, you gotta admit hes one fucking good skater. After that we got home and just took a shower, then it was of to next party. At Emelies boss house. Like a BBQ party! That shit was so far away, took us like 2 hours to actually find the place. Out in the suburbs really. So he got this really nice house and the best thing, he had a miniramp. Was ages ago i skated miniramp so i was so stoked as hell when i did my f/s slashs! Anyway, the night went outa hand and we had gin, some beer, some salad, nachos and chicken. Then we started to shoot on cans and glasses, it was like dirty south. Texas style! Well thats about it. So we went to the Golden Gate bridge, it took like 40 mins to go there, switchin buses n shit. But finally we got there and then it was cold as fuck and so foggy you couldnt see over to the other side... Whatevs, we walked over the bridge and took some nice photos. When we came over the sun started to shine through all this fog so then it was really beautiful. Then got back to town, went to the OK studio, picked up my camera and shopped some food. Day started kinda rad, got a bank account at bank of america. Then i took the muni, which is the San Francisco tramsystem back to the office. Got in like 2 hours late but it was ok cuz i took a short lunch and worked ove some. Bought some muffins like a "shamegift" to the people at the office, it was appreciated and my two hours late was nothing anymore. Anyway Jason (my CEO) got this box this morning which contained 6 skateboards, 2 hoodies, like 3 t-shirts and 4 books. That spoiled man has it way to good, getting al that freestuff. I got a board and a pair of wheels though, supersweet.

So after that i worked together with this girl Maddy at the office, went pretty good, made some sweet stuff today, ill show you someday when its not like classified n shit. What can i say. Today i got robbed, by a dude with a gun. I know it sounds worse then it is. Well, this is how it was. After work i went to this skatespot called 3rd & Army which is like 10 minutes from where i work. Anyway, i went down there and on the way i stopped at a small shop and bought some food that i was gonna bring home later. I came to the spot, sessioned for like 1 hour and then i saw a dude that had my shoppingbag and was about to walk away.

I skated over there and was all like "Dude what the fuck, thats my bag. Give it back." Then he just turned around, pulled up some if hes t-shirt and there was a black nine millimeter handgun. I just though that it wasnt worth it. So i just got away from there and continued my session. The thing is that this place is kinda ghetto. Now i know im not gonna be there after like 8'oklock on the night. Felt kinda wierd, like the first time ive really seen a gun in another hand then a police. Well well, thats life in San Francisco. Ill be good mum and dad, i promise. Time to sleep now, important meeting with client tomorrow.

So from one artform to another, hip hop yesterday, artmuseum today.

Woke up at 11am and watched some family guy and sent some mail. Then the clock ended up being like 3.30. I went up for some breakfust and then got my "kulturkärring" outfit on and wen to see the Museum of modern art in San Francisco. Ive been reading some about Dalí lately and some of his pictures are there. Kinda cool with so much random artwork in one building. Some make sense and some of em feels just like random shit. Guess its all about what youre into though. I mean im all about abstract stuff, but when you take a lightbulb, paint in in black, attach it to a center of a canvas and calls it "lights out" and then sells it for like 10mill. Thats kinda wierd. Well, had fun atleast, walking around there all by myself. Really enjoy going around town myself. You get so much more time to think about stuff and see stuff you usually dont. Also bought a book about colors, how people react to different shapes and such, i love that kinda shit. Time to sleep now, a big week at work this one. So stoked.

So in US, everything is big. Like this beer for example, Old English. Its about 130cl, costs 2,50$ and has a alcohol of 7,5%. So you can get drunk here for about 15SEK. It's pretty sick. Second day at the office, recorded my voice to some commercial just because i have this sweet "russian accent" as they say, haha. Gnarly shit, cool ideas and After Effects is whats going right now. Ate a double cheeseburger at some nice little place right beneath they baybridge and went back to the studio to do some motionwork. Its fun that my CEO is so stoked about doing like some animation/motion to like eveything.

Got home, Emelie made some pasta and i went out skating. Skated om market st. all the way from Civic station down to Embarcadero, its kinda far, took like 20 minutes with the board. Well well, got to this spot where all these guys were drinking Gin n Juice mixing it in their mouth, took one zip of the gin and then one of the juice and mixed it, looks sketchy. Anyway i got home and went down to the gym we have on first floor. Ran for like 15 minutes and lifted some weights, haha. The gym was kinda small though, that sucks a little. Anyway, got back, took a shower and now im laying here in my 4 inch bed watching this sketchy policemovie. Some new pics of my apartment and the studio aswell, peace.

You know who you are. Its like a secret. Randomly.
Waking up in S.F. is like the best. At 7.45 my alarm on iTunes starts to play some nice music. This morning it was Provider by N.E.R.D, (a nice way to wake up by the way). Well, i just snooze like 10 minutes and get up of my bed, just get some shorts on and a t-shirt. Outside you hear like some cars and maybe some ambulance or a firetruck passing by. I go to the window, drag up the curtains and look out. Out from our seventhfloor view, out over S.F., i can see the legendary "toothpick" building from here and hopefully ill see the sun rising over some of the skyscrapers here. Otherwise ill just see fog and then i know its really cold outside. You know, like "jacket" cold, and that sucks a little.

Anyway i go out in the kitchen, open our kinda small but deep and wide as hell fridge and grab the half gallon milk thats in there. Pour up some in a nicelooking bowl from IKEA and just add some Cap'n Crunch. After that just brush my teeth, wash off my face and head down to our lobby, doing the "wassup" nod to the securityguard that sits there like 24/7 and head out on the street. It smells like Greece when you get out here, specialy on the mornings. This weird "hot" smell mixed with coffee from starbucks and the piss from all the bums that begging for your money when you get closer to Powell Station. I saw a guy yesterday held this sign that said "My family has been kidnapped by ninjas, give me a dollar". So lame... Well i just head on the "T" train to Sunnydale and jumps off after like 15mins and head to my office.

Yesterday my mac died. That sucks...

Now im stuck with sitting small periods on Emelies instead. Sucks kinda bad. Im just hoping that they will not erase my whole HD... Because that would suck sooo bad, everything ive done n stuff. Well well, gotta keep the mood up, tomorrow we move in in our new apartment and on monday i start my new job, kinda stoked. Time to watch a movie now, peace!

Hell yeah. We got ourself an apartment.
I know it was a little impulsive and maybe a bit expensive but the good thing is that the deposit was so low and we can move in this saturday. The problem is that we dont have any beds to sleep in... Will check craigslist and maybe take a quick tour to IKEA to buy like a madrass or something so it will be all good. The place is soo nice, like 10 minutes with the train for me to my studio and like 5 minutes walk to where Emelie is gonna work. Two separate rooms, one newly renovated kitchen with like a small bar where we can eat n stuff and the best. We are living like 5 minutes walk from Union Square, which is like the biggest shopping area in whole S.F. plus we have our own gym at the mainfloor, a little rooftopfloor with a small barbecue and some nice chairs so you can make some food and just listen to the sounds of this wonderful town. I mean its like in the middle of everything, gah, i am so stoked about getting this place on saturday.

Was out skating at the skatepark today aswell, was kinda the wierdest park ive seen. And like no curbs or manualpads... How will i survive? I did crazy fs 180's in the miniramp though, hell yeah! Then came home to the studio, brainstormed on some ideas and ate some sushi at this real nice place. Oh yeah!

Yeah, today was a long day. Woke up way to early because of the jetlag and like read my RSS. Then we went up, ate some breakfast and met the rest of the co-workers here at OK. After that we basicly just went in to town with the train and checked out the social security office. That was probably the sickest place ive been in a long time. Its like all these crack and heroin addicts waiting in a long line trying to scam the govermant on money, so rad. Anyway we got our notes and all that so we are getting a social security number in like 4 weeks, and that kinda sucks just because you need that number for like everything here. We cant buy a phone until we have one. Or we can buy what Jason calls a "ghettophone" that i can buy at like Wal Mart or sumthin but i want some Blackberry or the iPhone.

Superpsyched about going around in the city today, just seing it all. Its not so small as i imagined, i mean the buildings is not as high as in N.Y. but we just walked on the main street called like Market street and we were in all theese nice sneakerstores and in the middle of the street they had this massive mall, it was sick. Cant remember the name now though. Well we got back to the studio and been sitting here since. We went out photographing some but other then that we ust looked up some apartments on craigslist and chilled. Yeah, ate some really nice sushi aswell. Time to sleep now, Jason hit me up with a new board so were going skateboarding at like 7.30 tomorrow. So stoked.

Alrighty, been awake for like 36 hours now but im finally here. This is crazy, and i mean like wild crazy. Jason (my CEO) picked me and Emelie up at the airport and we went to the studio to leave our bags. He had fixed up a small bed and some sheets on the couch so we can sleep here tonight and like tomorrow night. Anyway we was hungry as fuck so he drove us til some nice soulfood place that had connections with like Dave Chapelle n shit. Anyway we ordered some fried catfish and fried chicken. With some cornbread and mac'n'cheese. God damn it was good. After that we would go home and Jason found out the hard way that hes car wasnt registred for the smoganalysis or something. Anyway the cops pulled us over and gave him a little ticket. It was all good, the officer was nice n all. It was quiet fun because the cop though we was cruisin around for some drugs just because this soul food place was in the "bad" area of town, haha. Well anyway i just got described for me that there is more place to buy weed legaly here in S.F. then it is to buy a Big Mac. This whole franchise shit isnt so big here in CA then rest in the US. I will probably love it here, it feels like im in a movie or something, the golden gate bridge with it lights, all the wierd smells and people. Ah, it was a good first 5 hours in US. Time to sleep now. Btw, the place we ate at called Farmer Brown, nice dirty south food!

Ok, i got the worst hungover from yesterday and today i packed my bags and took the train to Stockholm. Now sitting with Emelie on Arlanda waiting like 5 more hours til our plane departs. Ok, i really starting to feel of the nerves now. Its not even a week left til im in S.F. and i had a little chat with my CEO yesterday. He will pick me and Emelie up at the SFO airport and get us to the Ordinary Kids studio where we will live the first night. After that i really dont know, but i have a tip on a pretty nice hostel we can live before we find some apartement.

Last time i saw my dad today (for some months) aswell, feels really wierd. This is sketchy leaving all these people i really gonna miss so fucking much. Ah well, as said. Starting to feel some nerves about the trip now. Nighty...

Ok, i think im gonna start writing here again... No, but seriously i think i just had to little to do to write about something special this summer. I mean my day has like been.

- Wake up at 11am from my cellphonealarm.
- Get directly to my computer, doing the ordinary webround (RSS, Facebook, Behance and mail)
- Eat some breakfast at like 1pm, probably some yoghurt with some branflakes or sumthin'
- Get back to the computer for like an hour and then ask if anyone is up for some skateboarding.
- Get dressed, check if anything need to be fix on the skate and get down to the bus.
- at like 3pm arriving at "Esperantoplaza" with the rest of the Minihorse team.
- Have some warmups game of skate with Joel and feeling pretty tight when landing some 360 flips and nollie flips.
- Making nosegrinds and nosegrinds to fakie til you get sick of it and go to burgerking to grab a burger.
- Get back to "Esperanto" and skate for like 2 more hours
- Take the bus home at like 8pm
- Eat a banana, put on some Nas record, doing the ordinary webround (see nr 2)
- Take a shower
- Back to the comp checking some Cinema 4D or After Effects tutorial
- Make some dinner at like 10pm
- More Nas records or people under the stairs or maybe some Hieroglyphics
- Eat some more banana, grab a glass of water
- At like 3am im getting some yoghurt or just more water.
- Around 4am go to sleep

Yeah, thats kinda my summer, haha. Been skateboarding alot and really has been developing my flatskills. So fun... Well what can i say more. I was in Malmö this weekend chillin' with some of my "old" Hyper Island friends, had a really really nice time. Kinda sad that im not gonna see some of em for like a year now.

Well well, today i actually was at the American Embassy in Stockholm. I finally got my visastuff done and looked at. So at latest friday my new American visa is arriving at the mail. Cant wait, seriously im so sickalicious stoked about going away from here to the wonderful town of San Fransisco. So in 13 days im sitting at a plane, chillin with a cola watching some nice movie. By the way, i drink way to much coca cola, really gotta quit that, that sucks...
